Typically, it takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the number of videos and services requested. Don’t worry—we’ll keep you updated every step of the way. Need it faster? We offer a rush service for an additional fee.

Broken tape? No problem—we can usually get it back on track. Older tapes might have a few hiccups with sound or picture, depending on how they were stored, but we’ll do our best to rescue every moment. And don’t worry—if a tape can’t be fixed, we’ll let you know and you won’t be charged.

Absolutely! You can download your converted videos from a private Google Drive folder, or we can save them to a thumb drive for you, giving you the freedom to upload and watch your family memories wherever and whenever you like.

We currently accept cash, check, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle or bank transfer! We’ll send you an invoice ahead of time, and for bigger orders, a down payment may be required to get started.
